30 Years of Efficiency in Human Resources

Serving job seekers and employers since 1977, Groupe Perspective began as a placement agency for temporary and permanent personnel under the name Perspective Travail Inc., offering efficient solutions to its business clients and respectful treatment to workers.

In 1983, the company broadened its mission to include the recruitment of executives and professionals. Its founder opened a specialized firm, R. Jacques Plante & Associates, which became a partner of choice and standard-setter in the industry from that moment on.

In the 1990s, new client needs arose, prompting the two firms to develop a complete range of human resource services. Their teams forged stronger ties with employers by assisting them in all aspects of human resource management.

The year 2002 marked the official merging of the two companies into Groupe Perspective. Three divisions were created:

• Perspective – Personnel Placement
• Perspective – Executives and Professionals
• Perspective – Consulting Services

In 2004, the firm continued to expand, opening its first office downtown Montreal in order to better serve its clientele in western Quebec and Ontario.

At the dawn of its fourth decade, the Groupe Perspective team boasts over 30 professionnals with training and experience in human resources and career counselling poised to assist job seekers in finding employment and businesses in managing their human resources.

Today the Groupe Perspective name is synonymous with expertise, quality, and professionalism. These characteristics have forged its reputation for efficiency and enabled the Group to deliver on its promise—day after day and client after client—of satisfying the needs of both employees and employers and helping them grow together!
